Gothic lockpicking
How to Use Gothic Lockpick Solver
Follow these steps when you have a lock open and want a safe sequence without losing the current state.
Start solvingStep 1: Set the lock size
Choose the number of plates from 4 to 8. The editor adds or removes rows while preserving existing plate values where possible.
Step 2: Enter current and target pins
Use the current column for what the lock shows now. Use the target column for the safe row you want each plate to reach.
Step 3: Add links, solve, and verify
Add same or opposite links only after observing a controlled turn. Press Solve, follow the timeline, and compare the in-game state after each move.
Step 4: Save or share
Save keeps the setup in local browser storage. Share copies a URL that can be reopened without an account.
